The building and gardens were absolutely picturesque, just like in the Tuscany postcards. Staff was really kind and tried to be helpful. Plus, the location was great for those who want to be surrounded by the beautiful Tuscan countryside and enjoy amazing views from the pool.
There were a couple of inconveniences during our stay. The rooms had a musty smell, but luckily we were able to air them out.

The hotel is a beautiful set of old houses in an untouched part of the Tuscan countryside. Breakfast on a little piazza, and swimming pool, both with superb views. Comfortable rooms, and an air conditioning which does not disturb. There are excellent restaurants in the surroundings.
The breakfast - while good and abundant - could be a bit more inventive: how about local and fresh products rather than the industry stuff you get everywhere?

I had a fabulous stay at a peaceful and authentic guest house in Tuscany. The room and bathroom size were impressive, and I loved taking a dip in the well-maintained pool. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, and one particular staff member even helped me with my sightseeing arrangements. The sunflowers and vineyard view from the guest house were truly special. While there were a couple of minor hiccups, like a temporary lack of hot water one morning and a noisy neighbor with a yappy dog, these small inconveniences didn't overshadow the overall amazing experience. The guest house is a great base for exploring Tuscany, and the breakfast was definitely worth the wait. I wish I could have stayed longer! I highly recommend this guest house for a peaceful and picturesque vacation in Tuscany.

Friendly staff, swimming pool
Very sweet juices at the breakfast (not 100% juice, but added sugar); water on the floor of the bathroom corner (not coming from the bath), cold floor of the room.

Location overlooking the Tuscan countryside
There was no restaurant and as we had travelled a long way on bikes, we then had to go out again to eat in the evening.

Most of all we liked the location and character of the hotel but the quality generally of everything else (e.g. the staff, breakfast) was very good.
It would have been better if we could have had an evening meal. The list of recommended restaurants needs reviewing.

The swimming pool was very nice and the staff was very friendly and happy to help The location is great and very quiet. It is very nice to drink a small glass on the big terrase with nice view to the surrounding wine yard
The salty breakfast was a bit poor knowing that Toscana offers so much diversity regarding hams/cheese

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming interior of the hotel. The decoration was reminiscent of a traditional Tuscan villa, with warm colors, antique furniture, and elegant details. It made me feel like I was truly immersed in the Tuscan atmosphere. The general areas of the hotel were also beautifully maintained, with lovely gardens and a picturesque pool area. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible, with no stairs to climb and spacious hallways. It made getting around much easier for me.
I would have loved to see more involvement and attentiveness from the staff during my stay. While there were some helpful and friendly individuals, there were also a few who seemed disinterested and unengaged.

Charming hotel with stunning views, delightful snacks, and free bikes. Enjoyed drinks at the bar while admiring a romantic sunset.
Who needs shelves or hooks for towels and toiletries anyway? So inconvenient.

The location of the hotel was stunning, surrounded by the beautiful Tuscan countryside and only a short drive away from Siena. the breakfast served on the terrace was delicious, with a wide variety of choices to satisfy everyone's taste. the staff was also very helpful and provided us with recommendations for local restaurants. the swimming pool area was clean and offered a refreshing dip on hot summer days.
The towels in the rooms were a bit difficult to dry, and there wasn't enough hanging space for them.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was lovely and quiet, perfect for decompressing after a cruise. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, even preparing breakfast to go for me when I had to leave early for my flight. The pool was clean and enjoyable, and I loved the view from the terrace overlooking the surrounding vineyards. The breakfasts were delicious, with a wide variety of fresh fruit, croissants, and coffee. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and staff were all top-notch.
Nothing to fault.
